Increasing your awareness allows you to understand where you are at.
It allows you to compare it to where it is you are trying to go.
When it comes to creating sustainable fat loss we need to increase our awareness in some specific places.

Sleep/rest
Stress
When starting your journey you will most likely not know where you stand or you’ll try and think really hard about each one try and answer it for yourself and then move on with your day and that’s OK.

Then compare them to the habits required to create sustainable fat loss.
A person that creates sustainable fat loss looks like this:
Holds boundaries they set for themselves
Prioritize sleep and rest
Eats a nutrient-dense plant-dominant diet
Eats in a caloric maintenance
Walks daily (8k steps)
Resistance/ strength training 3x per week
Has a recovery routine
